In order to receive your custom product recommendations after completing our online questionnaire, users are required to give us contact information (e.g., your email address). Optionally, we collect name and address information.
If you decide to purchase any products from Acne Treatment, Acne Treatment will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address (“Financial Information”).
